Junior’s Soup and The Story of the ABC’s

This is a great book that includes two stories in one.  First an adorable mouse finds himself entangled in an interesting soup.  Then flip the book over to learn rainbow colored words in alphabetical order when an ant travels on a bar of soap and encounters many interesting characters.  Both include beautiful illustrations, transition words, and unique word choice.
